Rates, Policies, Terms & Conditions – CARNIVAL 2027

Carnival Dates: February 8 + 9, 2027

All rates apply from

January 29 – February 15, 2027

Minimum Stay – 5 Nights

RATES

January 29 – February 2, 2027 - $145 USD/night

February 3 - 15, 2027 - $400 USD/night​ â€‹

POLICIES: Booking, Cancellation & Refund -

​

TIER 1: 

If you're booking more than 9 MONTHS in advance- 

​

  • Book on or before May 8, 2026

  • Pay 50% down. Balance to be paid 2 weeks (14 days) before check-in

 

  • Cancel within 30 days of booking

  • Full refund: Get back 100% of what you paid

 

  • Cancel within 31 to 45 days of booking

  • Partial refund: Get back 50% of what you paid

 

  • Cancel anytime after 45 days of booking – No refund

 

TIER 2: 

If you’re booking 6 to 9 MONTHS in advance-

 

  • Book between May 9 to August 8, 2026

  • Pay 60% down. Balance to be paid 2 weeks (14 days) before check-in

 

  • Cancel within 14 days of booking

  • Full refund: Get back 100% of what you paid

  • Cancel within 15 to 30 days of booking

  • Partial refund: Get back 50% of what you paid

 

  • Cancel anytime after 30 days of booking – No refund

 

TIER 3: 

If you’re booking 3 to 6 MONTHS in advance-

 

  • Book between August 9 to November 8, 2026

  • Pay 75% down. Balance to be paid 2 weeks (14 days) before check-in

 

  • Cancel within 48 hours of booking

  • Full refund: Get back 100% of what you paid

 

  • Cancel within 14 days of booking

  • Partial refund: Get back 50% of what you paid

 

  • Cancel anytime after 14 days of booking – No refund

 

TIER 4: 

If you’re booking 3 MONTHS in advance-

 

  • Book between November 9 to December 8, 2026

  • Pay 80% down. Balance to be paid 2 weeks (14 days) before check-in

  • Cancel within 48 hours of booking​

  • Partial refund: Get back 50% of what you paid

 

  • Cancel anytime after 48 hours of booking – No refund

 

​​IF Lena’s Lodge is still available after December 8, 2026 (approx. 2 months before Carnival 2027), 100% full payment must be made in order to secure your reservation.

 

There will be NO REFUND on cancellations after this time.

 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

There will be NO refunds due to flight cancellations, flight delays, standby passenger delays or any other form of travel delay or disruptions.

 

Only under extreme circumstances such as civil unrest, war, severe natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or some other similar type of global crisis, would refunds, outside our general refund policies, be made.

 

**Some exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the hosts**

​Caution Fee

 

Lodgings in THE PARK will apply a caution fee of $200 USD/ $1,358 TTD when you book with us. This deposit is refundable one (1) week after check-out, once there are no damages to items or property.

Check-In / Check-Out

 

Check-in: 3:00 pm (local time)

* Early check-in may be requested in advance (at no extra cost)

Check-out: 11:00 am (local time)

* Late check-out may be requested. Room will remain available until 2:00 pm (at no extra cost)

 

Please note: **Should you request a check-out later than 2:00 pm,

half price of you full nightly rate applies until 9:00 pm**

Otherwise, full nightly rate applies from 3:00 pm
